1. Introduction:

T8 LED daylight tube is the one to use high-brightness and high efficiency international famous brand LED as light source, mainly consisted of the PC cover, aluminum radiator, high thermal conductivity aluminium base board and plastic plug. Four of these materials have their own advantages. PC cover: high transmittance, glare light preventing, anti-impact and UV-resistant.. Aluminium base board: with high thermal conductivity aluminum board, LED position-setting combined heat dissipation and light distribution which gets high efficiency and safety performance. Aluminum radiator: with a special suface treatment, fine shape, good heat dissipation, effectively ensure the lamp life. Plastic plug: a kind of pillars with a low resistance high conductivity, its suface against oxidation treatment. T8 daylight tube is a new type of environment-protecting indoor illumination product, through a unique design of circuit control, achieving high-effect energy conservation, saving more than 65%, prolonging its usage. Meanwhile, the lamp has high brightness, no strobe, and no need of ballast and starter. Drive power at both ends of the palcement, removable, easy to maintain. The tube is completely compliance with PSE/CE/UL safety standard requirement.

8.Installation instrutions

 

 

 

A. Conventional fixture for LED lamp replacement:

 1. ballast and starter removal on the old fixture.

 2. Directly, the electric supply L, N pole access Stands L, N terminal on the pole.

 3. Mounted LED fluorescent tube

Note: LED fluorescent tube pins at each end of the two PIN share the same voltage input, without distinction.
B. Steps of a new lamp installation:

1. installed the lamp-house where you need to.

2. the electricity access lamp-house terminal or a power line( the left side in L pole, then the right side in N pole.)

3. the tube into lamp-house(connected L pole between lamp-house and lamp, then connected N pole between lamp-house and lamp)

Note: LED fluorescent tube pins at each end of the two PIN share the same voltage input, without distinction.

9.Attention

Before installation, please read the specification and observe the operating guidelines.

  Do not apply in a corrosive, flammable place.

  Do not install in the place where is approching the heat source, in order to avoid the temperature increment, which will harm the lamp.

  Ensure all joints accurate and reliable connection.

  Without permission, do not open the product seretly sealing.

  When connection installment or the disassemblage service, must separate the power source.

  This equipment only installs by specialist, the laymen do not disassemble or install this equipment.
